I had a dream about a very flexible basketball player. He used to be a ballet dancer and uses his unnatural flexibility on the courts to score baskets while both teams watch in awe.

Then I switched to a dream where it was winter time and there had been an avalanche somewhere outside town and I was going around with other people and shoveling the sidewalks in a Father Christmas outfit as the snow continued to fall and it got darker. One of the straps on my head light loosened and I had to stop in a nearby office to put it back in place. I had fixed it and was edging out the door when I awoke.

I started a new project yesterday. I hit a snag in writing my novel, so I thought I'd try starting a second and see if that would jump start things. I'm already in deep. This project will require tons of research and fact checking, dealing as it does with speculative alternate early biblical history.

I am sick and tired of everyone other than myself having more disposable income than me. I want to be able to buy things when I want, to not have to budget everything...
